Testimonial Submission Forms for ECE Programs
This page provides early childhood educators and program directors with access to required testimonial submission forms related to OCCFR-funded support. These testimonials help demonstrate the impact of funding and resources on classrooms, educators, and children, and support continued advocacy and funding for early childhood education.
On this page, you’ll find links to three testimonial submission forms:
- Classroom Wishlists Project
- OCCFR Mini Grants
- Program Support Payments (campus child care centers only)
Testimonials—including a brief written statement and photos—must be submitted within six weeks of receiving funds or items, or within six weeks of participating in professional development paid for through one of these funding sources. Timely submission is required; failure to provide a testimonial may affect eligibility for future OCCFR funding opportunities.
