"I am so thankful to the Office of Child Care and Family Resources helping me attend the National Association of the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) conference. A grant from the Lynn E. Edlefson fund also helped to pay for registration fees. Not only did I gain a wealth of knowledge, but I feel more respected in my position after networking with professionals that have the same interest as me. These are the types of events that continue to reignite my passion for early childhood education, advocacy and supervising the next generation of professionals.”
