UW Network Child Care Centers

The Office of Child Care and Family Resources contracts with six licensed and accredited high-quality child-care centers to provide UW-Madison families even more options when it comes to finding child care.

There is a high demand, especially for infant care, for these campus centers. Acceptance is not guaranteed (average waitlists may be 6-12+ months).

To get on a waitlist or inquire about availability, please reach out directly to the individual centers.

Commitment to Excellence

At the UW-Madison Office of Child Care and Family Resources (OCCFR), addressing the university’s need for expanded child care options and capacity remains our top priority. In addition to our three Campus Child Care Centers, we partner with six licensed, accredited, high-quality child care centers in the community through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) and contracting process. This collaboration creates a win-win solution for the university and community by ensuring UW families have access to a wider range of exceptional child care and early education options, while supporting and strengthening local child care programs.
