CCAMPIS is a federally funded grant that is combined with CCTAP awards to cover 80-95% of child care tuition for full-time student parents.
The mission of CCAMPIS is to provide access and financial assistance to ensure high quality early childhood care and education for low income student parents at UW-Madison so they can persist and graduate from degree programs.
ELIGIBILITY
- Must be a student parent enrolled in a full-time degree program at UW-Madison.
- Must have a child(ren) enrolled at one of the campus child care centers or one of our participating network child care centers (Little Chicks Learning Academy or Bernie’s Place).
- Must have applied and be eligible for Child Care Tuition Assistance Program (CCTAP).
- Must apply for Financial Aid through the Office of Financial Aid to determine your “Pell” Eligibility. Note: You do not need to accept financial aid, but you must be eligible.

Application
Step 1: Apply for CCTAP funding FIRST.
Step 2: Apply for Financial Aid (you may or may not be eligible, but you still need to apply).
Step 3: Submit the 2023-2024 CCAMPIS Application after Step 1 and Step 2 are complete.
